What we collect
When you use our audit or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, service area and message. If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics also collects anonymous information about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our services. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it's stored
Form enquiries are sent to our business email and kept in a secure backup on our web host. Client records are kept in our accounting and project tools.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked for them or are existing clients, and every email includes a way to opt out.
Access and correction
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ranktide.com.au.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
