In Google (10 minutes)
- Search your business name. Does your site and profile appear?
- Search your main service + suburb in a private window. Where do you appear?
- Search
site:yourdomain.com.au. Roughly how many pages are indexed?
In Search Console (15 minutes)
- Are clicks and impressions rising or falling?
- Which searches bring visits? Are your main services among them?
- Are important pages missing from the index?
- Any security or manual action warnings?
On your Business Profile (10 minutes)
- Correct primary category, services and service area?
- Recent photos and reviews?
- Website link and phone correct?
On your site (25 minutes)
- Does each main service have its own page?
- Unique page titles with service and location?
- Phone number visible and tappable on mobile?
- Mobile PageSpeed score and loading time?
- Any broken links or forms that don't send?
- Name, phone and area consistent with your profile?
