Reviews on your website reassure visitors at the moment they're deciding whether to call. Showing genuine Google reviews, with names and dates, is more convincing than anonymous testimonials.
Ways to show them
- A review widget that pulls reviews from your Business Profile automatically.
- Hand-picked quotes with the reviewer's first name, suburb and a link to your Google reviews.
- A rating badge showing your Google rating and number of reviews.
Where to put them
- Near the top of the home page, close to the call button.
- On each service page, using reviews that mention that service.
- On suburb pages, using reviews from customers in that area.
- Next to your quote form.
Keep it honest
- Only use real reviews, and don't edit their meaning.
- Get permission before using a testimonial that didn't come from a public review.
- Keep your rating up to date.
- Regulated health practitioners have extra rules on testimonials. See SEO for physios and clinics.
Watch the speed
Some review widgets load slowly. Check your page speed after adding one. See website speed.
