Good SEO copy does two jobs at once: it tells Google exactly what the page is about, and it convinces a visitor to call. You don't need to stuff keywords in. You need to be specific.
Start with the search
Pick one main search for each page, like "bathroom renovations Wanneroo", and a few close variations. Use the main phrase in the page title, the main heading and the first paragraph. After that, write naturally.
Be specific
- Name the suburbs you cover, the jobs you do and the brands or materials you use.
- Give price ranges or what affects price. See showing prices online.
- Explain your process: quote, timeline, clean-up, warranty.
Write for scanning
- Short paragraphs and clear headings
- Bullet lists for services, inclusions and areas
- A call to action near the top and again at the bottom
Answer the questions customers ask
Add a short FAQ to each service page: cost, timing, licences, guarantees. These match longer searches and help AI tools quote you. See FAQ pages that rank.
Avoid
- Copying text between suburb pages with only the name changed
- Generic claims like "quality service at affordable prices"
- Walls of text with no headings
