How to make a Google review link and QR code

A direct review link takes customers straight to the review box for your business, so leaving a review takes seconds. You can get it from your Google Business Profile and turn it into a QR code for cards, invoices and your counter.

Get your review link

  1. Search your business name on Google while signed in to the account that manages your profile, or open Business Profile Manager.
  2. Choose Ask for reviews (or "Get more reviews").
  3. Copy the short link Google gives you.

Make a QR code

Paste the link into any reputable QR code generator, download a high-resolution image, and test it with your phone before printing. Use a static QR code that points directly to your Google link, so it doesn't depend on a third-party subscription.

Where to use it

  • SMS or email after the job, with a short thank-you
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Business cards, counter signs and job completion cards
  • Your email signature

Stay within Google's rules

Ask every customer, not just happy ones, and don't offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
