Each real location your customers can visit, or that you operate from, can have its own Business Profile and its own page on your website. Done properly, each location can rank in its own area.
Business Profiles
- One profile per real, staffed location. Not virtual offices or empty addresses.
- The same business name on each, with consistent categories.
- Each with its own local phone number and accurate hours.
- Manage them together in one Business Profile account.
Location pages
- One page per location with the address, map, hours, phone and staff.
- Local details: parking, nearby landmarks, the suburbs it serves.
- Reviews and photos from that location.
- Link each Business Profile to its own location page, not the home page.
Reviews
Send each customer the review link for the location they used. Reviews on the wrong profile don't help the location that earned them.
Avoid
- Duplicate profiles for the same location. See fixing duplicates.
- Location pages that are copies with the address swapped.
