- Pages for each suburb you draw patients from, with real directions, parking and public transport details
- Clear information on health fund rebates, payment plans and booking
Google Business Profile
- Primary category "Dentist", plus specific categories like "Emergency dental service" or "Cosmetic dentist" where accurate
- Correct hours, including after-hours or emergency availability
- Photos of the practice, team and equipment

Reviews and Ahpra
Under the National Law, regulated health services can't use testimonials about clinical aspects of care, such as treatment outcomes or a practitioner's skill, in their advertising. Comments about non-clinical things, like friendly staff or easy parking, aren't testimonials. Ahpra also explains when reviews can be shown and when practices are responsible for reviews on their own website and social pages. - Before-and-after photos without the context Ahpra's guidelines require
- Claims like "painless" or "best dentist in Perth"
- Discounts that encourage unnecessary treatment
